Conditions of Use

Temperature adaptability: The operating environment temperature is -25℃ to +50℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃.

Humidity tolerance: The air must be kept clean, with relative humidity not exceeding 80% at 40°C. Higher humidity levels are allowed under low temperature conditions.

◆Pre-installation integrity check‌
Before installation, all parts of the meter box must be thoroughly checked to confirm that there is no missing or damaged.

◆Installation posture requirements
The meter box must be kept vertically fixed, and the tilt angle must be strictly controlled within 54°.

◆Installation environment selection
The site should be selected away from severe vibration, mechanical shock and corrosive environment to ensure that electrical components are not damaged.
Prefer a cool and dry location and avoid long-term direct sunlight to extend the service life of the equipment.

◆Material protection precautions
The box material is easily corroded by strong alkali, oxidizing acid, amine, and ketone, and is soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvents. Contact with such chemicals is strictly prohibited. In daily use, be careful of sharp or hard objects colliding with or scratching the surface.

◆Installation process‌
The fixing direction of the box is inwards, and the door needs to be opened before installation: first remove the two upper cover fixing screws in the middle of the bottom, and open the box according to the instructions.
Drill holes on the wall according to the installation hole positioning, insert the expansion tube, fix the base, and finally assemble the top cover.
