Overview
Material and process characteristics
1. Basic Materials
The SMC composite material (glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin) is molded in one piece, giving the box high mechanical strength and dimensional stability.
2. Safety performance
Insulation resistance ≥ 20MΩ, natural insulation without grounding, eliminating the risk of leakage;
The flame retardant grade reaches FV0, and no toxic gas is released at high temperature.
3. Environmental adaptability
Acid and alkali corrosion resistance, UV aging resistance, applicable temperature range -50℃~160℃;
The surface is smooth and beautiful, impact-resistant and scratch-resistant.
Lifespan and application design
1. Ultra-long life: Over 40 years of indoor use and over 30 years of outdoor use, significantly exceeding traditional metal/plastic cabinets.
2. Flexible installation: It supports free combination of single-household and multi-household as well as cross-household installation, which is suitable for residential construction and civil power transformation scenarios; the concealed wiring design simplifies the construction, and the IP54 protection level ensures the reliability of outdoor rain and dustproof.
Product use scope and conditions of use
TY series electric energy metering box includes two parts: single-phase meter box and three-phase meter box. It is suitable for AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated working voltage up to 220V, 380V, 690V, rated working current of 10A-250A power supply system, for single-phase electric energy and power energy measurement and control management.
Conditions of use:
◆ The ambient temperature is -25℃ ~+50℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃.
◆ The air should be clean, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80% at 40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is lower.
