Product Overview

Teyi Electric's TY series FRP electric meter boxes use SMC composite material compression molding technology, integrating high-strength glass fiber and unsaturated polyester resin, and have excellent insulation performance (withstands voltage above 10kV), impact strength (≥150MPa) and V-0 flame retardant properties. Its patented anti-aging formula enables the product to maintain stable operation for 30 years in harsh outdoor environments, and its indoor service life can reach 40 years, far exceeding traditional metal/plastic meter boxes. The innovative modular design supports free combination installation of 1-12 households, and the hidden wiring trough and IP55 protection level ensure safe and efficient electricity metering in residential areas, commercial power distribution and other scenarios, especially suitable for outdoor substation projects that require long-term weather resistance.

Technical Notes: 30kA short-circuit withstand capability is equivalent to being able to withstand a peak current shock of approximately 63kA. The 800V insulation voltage provides a 15% safety margin for the 690V rated working voltage. The first "4" in the IP44 protection level indicates protection against solid foreign objects ≥1mm, and the second "4" represents splash water resistance.
