Product use scope and conditions of use
The TY series of electric energy meter boxes integrate single-phase and three-phase types, and are suitable for power supply systems with rated current of 10A-250A, AC 50Hz or 60Hz, and voltage of 220V to 690V, and perform single-phase and power electric energy metering and control tasks; its operating environment requires a temperature range of -25℃～+50℃ (average temperature ≤+35℃ within 24 hours), and the relative humidity does not exceed 80% at 40℃ under clean air conditions, and higher humidity levels are allowed under low temperature conditions.
Installation Specifications
◆Pre-installation checks
Thoroughly check the structural integrity and component completeness of the cabinet before installation

Use vertical installation, and the inclination angle is strictly controlled within the range of ≤5°
Site selection principle: no mechanical vibration/strong impact source, no chemical corrosion risk area
Deploy in a cool and dry environment, avoiding continuous direct sunlight

Do not contact with strong alkalis, oxidizing acids, amines, ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvents

During use, be careful to prevent collisions and scratches with sharp objects to keep the surface protective layer intact
Standardized installation process
Box opening
Remove the central fixing screw at the bottom and open the box according to the standard process.
Basic fixation
Locate the wall drilling point according to the preset hole position
Lock the base after implanting the expansion tube
Final assembly of the upper cover
