The TY series distribution box developed by Teyi Electric Co., Ltd. are made of internationally leading SMC glass fiber reinforced composite materials and refined through precision molding technology. Usage Environment

The TY series of electric meter boxes of Teyi Electric Co., Ltd. integrates two categories: single-phase and three-phase. They are designed for power supply systems with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated working voltage 220V to 690V, and current 10A-250A, realizing efficient integration of single-phase electric energy metering and power electric energy control management. This series of products has excellent environmental adaptability, with an applicable temperature range of -25℃～+50℃ (average temperature within 24 hours ≤+35℃); humidity requires clean air, and the upper limit of relative humidity is 80% at 40℃, and it is compatible with higher humidity levels under low temperature conditions.

Installation and Usage Specifications‌

Pre-installation checks‌
Before installation, the integrity of each component of the meter box must be fully checked to ensure that there are no defects or abnormalities.

Installation positioning requirements
Vertical installation: The tilt angle should be ≤5° (the original "54°" was revised according to industry standards) to avoid vibration, impact and corrosive environment.
Environmental selection: Prefer a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and chemical contact areas.

Chemical Protection Warnings‌
It is strictly forbidden to contact with strong alkali, oxidizing acid, amine, ketone, chlorinated hydrocarbon and aromatic solvent to prevent the material from dissolving or corroding.

Physical protection measures
Avoid sharp objects from colliding with or scratching the surface of the cabinet.
The wiring area needs to be kept clean and dust must be removed regularly to ensure heat dissipation.

Cabinet installation process
① Remove the two screws fixing the upper cover at the bottom of the box;
② Open the box according to the instructions;
③ Drill holes according to the positioning holes and install the expansion tube;
④ After fixing the base, assemble the upper cover.

Short-time withstand capability: The 30kA/1 second indicator meets the needs of most power distribution scenarios, and its peak withstand current is designed to be 2.5 times the international standard.
Insulation matching: 800V insulation voltage covers power supply systems of 690V and below, leaving sufficient safety margin.
Protection features: IP44 level is suitable for non-extreme pollution environments, and takes into account the balance between heat dissipation and protection.
