Product Overview
The TY series FRP electric energy metering boxes developed by Teyi Electric Co., Ltd. are made of SMC unsaturated polyester resin glass fiber reinforced plastics through compression molding.

Product Use Scope & Conditions of Use
TY series electric energy metering box includes two parts: single-phase meter box and three-phase meter box. It is suitable for AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated working voltage up to 220V, 380V, 690V, rated working current of 10A-250A power supply system, for single-phase electric energy and power energy measurement and control management.
Conditions of Use:

The ambient temperature is -25℃ ~+50℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃.

The air should be clean, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80% at 40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is lower.
Product Installation and Use

Please carefully check the integrity of all parts of the meter box during installation.

The meter box should be installed vertically and the tilt angle should not exceed 54°.

The installation location should be selected where there is no severe vibration, impact, or corrosion to electrical components.

Avoid contact with strong alkali, oxidizing acid, amine, ketone, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and aromatic solvents. Avoid sharp objects scratching the surface.

Choose a cool and dry place to avoid long-term direct sunlight to extend the service life of the meter.

The box must be opened before installation. Remove the two upper cover fixing screws in the middle lower part, then open the box.

According to the location of the installation holes, drill the installation holes at the corresponding positions of the wall, install the expansion tube, then fix the base to the wall and install the upper cover.
