TY single-phase electric energy metering box
Product Overview
It is molded with SMC composite materials, and has the characteristics of high insulation, high strength, flame retardant FV0 level, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. The indoor life span exceeds 40 years and the outdoor life exceeds 30 years. It supports flexible combination installation of single-family/multi-family, convenient construction, and IP54 protection level ensures outdoor rainproof safety. It is widely used in residential and civil power systems.
Product installation and use
Check before installation: Make sure the box and accessories are intact.
Installation requirements:
Vertical installation (tilt ≤ 54°)
Environmental requirements: no vibration, corrosion, avoid direct sunlight
Chemical taboos: keep away from strong alkali, oxidizing acid and organic solvents
Steps:
Remove the bottom screws → unpack → drill holes → fix the base → replace the top cover
Maintenance: Avoid scratches from hard objects to ensure IP54 protection is effective.

Standard operating current range: 10A to 250A (covering residential and small commercial power needs)
Short-circuit carrying capacity: 30kA/1s (in accordance with GB/T 15576 short-circuit tolerance requirements)

Normal insulation resistance: ≥20MΩ (500V DC megohmmeter test)
Rated insulation voltage: 800V AC (meets the requirements of low-voltage power distribution system)

Compatible with 50Hz/60Hz dual-frequency power grid system
